NAGRADA "JOVAN ACIN"

Nagradu "Jovan Acin" dodeljuje Udruzenje filmskih umetnika Srbije, Ministarstvo za kulturu Srbije i Radio televizija Srbije u spomen na filmski i televizijski opus reditelja Jovana Acina.

Ove godine nagrada se dodeljuje autoru filma "SAMO NAS ISTINA OSLOBADJA, MI OPRASTAMO", reditelju MILORADU BAJICU.

The "JOVAN ACIN" award

The Association of Film Artists of Serbia, the Serbian Ministry of Culture and Serbian Broadcasting Co. present the "Jovan Acin" award in the memory of the film and television opus of the director Jovan Acin.

This year, the award goes to the author of the film "ONLY THE TRUTH CAN SET US FREE, WE FORGIVE", director MILORAD BAJIC.

OBRAZLOZENJE:

MILORAD BAJIC u svom filmskom delu, vec vise godina upozorava na dramaticne dogadjaje i nepravde, koji su - nazalost - bili nedodirljivi, a samim tim i opasni po autora - istrazivaca.

Nagradjeni film bavi se temom koja je bila zabranjena: radi se o doseljenicima, dunavskim Nemcima "Svabama" koje su nakon rata u periodu izmedju 1946. i 1948. godine, vlasti ostavile da umru u najtezim mukama. Njih 9.000, uglavnom zena i dece, bili su zatvoreni u logorima i ostavljeni, bez hrane i odece, da umru.

Mozda je dosao trenutak da se odmazda za kolektivnu krivicu skine sa srpskog naroda. Iz naslova filma - "SAMO NAS ISTINA OSLOBADJA, MI OPRASTAMO", jasna je poruka autora Milorada Bajica.

ON THE GROUNDS OF:

MILORAD BAJIC has, in his film work, for a number of years warned of dramatic events and injustices, which were, unfortunately, untouchable, and thus, dangerous to the author - explorer.

The awarded film deals with the issue which was banned: the immigrants, the Danube Germans, the "Krauts", whom were, after the war, in the period between 1946 and 1948, left to die in greatest agony by the authorities. The 9.000 of them, mostly women and children were placed in camps and left to die without food or clothes.

Maybe the time has come for the reprisal for collective blame to be lifted from the Serbian people. From the title of the film "ONLY THE TRUTH CAN SET US FREE, WE FORGIVE", the message of the author, Milorad Bajic, is clear.

NAGRADA UFNIK-a

Od ove godine, Udruzenje filmskih novinara i kriticara (UFNIK) na Festivalu jugoslovenskog dokumentarnog i kratkometraznog filma, dodeljuje nagradu koja nosi ime naseg pokojnog kolege, Vlade Bunjca, cije je ime neizbrisivo urezano u festivalske anale, filmsku kulturu i kulturu Beograda.

From this year on, the Association of Film Journalists and Critics (UFNIK) presents an award at the Festival of the Yugoslav Documentary and Short Film, titled after our late colleague, Vlada Bunjac, whose name is ineradicably carved in the festival annals, film culture and the culture of Belgrade.
